Dress:1/4 yard (short) to 1/2 yard (long) woven fabric (very light weight wool, dupioni silk, silkies, lightweight brocade, faille, velvet, velveteen, crepe back satin, or any woven fabric in this weight group)
The easiest way to determine exactly how much fabric you will need is to measure your doll from neck down to the length you plan to make your dress and add 3 inches.
Lining: 1/2 yard woven lining fabric (taffeta, china silk, poly lining, cotton batiste)
Notions: Sew-on snaps size 4/0 or smaller
