This pattern was originally Style 7 K but has been updated and the skirt shortened
to reflect more modern fashions.

This pattern is for a unfitted double-breasted waist length jacket with attached
sleeves (no set-in sleeve). It has a soft rollover collar and wide cuffs. The skirt is
tight fitting down to the knee and flares out into a circle flounce. Both pieces can
be trimmed with thin hand made piping or narrow braid. Also included is a
pattern for a 1950-60's pillbox hat. Alternate: Make the jacket without the collar;
add gathered or pleated lace, fringe or other trim to the sleeves, neck, and front
opening. Eliminate the circle skirt bottom and add trim to match the jacket.
Pattern also includes a small round hat.
