Button front blouse with a jewel neckline and optional peter-pan collar also features two sleeve length changes. Sleeves are slightly puffed at the cap and gathered at the wrist or above the elbow with sewn in elastic. The over-tunic or jumper is open at the sides and open at the topsides of the skirt portion but adjustable with fabric or ribbon ties, separate patterns are included for the two skirt lengths to also make a shorter version or skirted vest. The traditional style bell-bottom pants are fitted at the top with a waistband.
