Fitted blouse with with oversized puff sleeves and circular ruffle trim on the front opening and peplum. The straight skirt is generous in the hips to accomodate sitting on a chair or bench. The skirt can be made in any length from mini to floor to change the timeline. Blouse can be made sleeveless.
